TNS Employee Insight's Dashboard software enables managers throughout the organization to simultaneously view a set of key measurement indicators. These may include instrumentation for employee, customer and financial performance data, to help your managers maintain a Balanced Scorecard.

For example, a retail store manager's Dashboard can include an instrument for each of the following metrics: secret shopper survey results, annual employee survey results, turnover data, shrinkage information, year-to-date sales data, and amount of sales per employee. To quickly identify individual group strengths and problem areas, each metric can be viewed in a red-yellow-green gauge format. Viewing the entire Dashboard allows managers to see all metrics at once, enabling them to spot linkages across all critical measurement areas. And because Dashboard runs in an ASP environment, there's no software for you or your managers to install.
